You’ll be able to collect points every time you shop or refer a new customer, and those points can be redeemed for credits or exclusive items in Seint’s Loyalty Shop. And yes, this is designed to be as simple and flexible as possible—making it a seamless part of your shopping routine.

 

Now, here’s where it gets interesting: party links are going away, but they’re being replaced by loyalty links. These new loyalty links will ensure that, even though the system is changing, you’ll still get credit when someone shops through your link—whether they’re an old customer or new. And Seint’s replicated sites aren’t going anywhere, so your customers will still be linked to you, and their accounts will remain tied to your business. So, essentially, while the system is changing, all the good stuff about how you earn and track sales stays intact.

One of the biggest features of this program is the exclusive Loyalty Shop. This is where you can redeem those hard-earned points for items that you won’t find anywhere else. Loyalty Program FAQs

Here’s what you need to know about how the program works:

  • How do customers join the Loyalty Program? Starting on October 1st, both new and existing customers will automatically start earning points with every order they place. No extra steps are needed—just shop as usual!
  • How do I earn points? Points can be earned two ways: through personal purchases and by referring new customers. For every $1 spent, you’ll earn 1 point. Once you’ve accumulated enough points, they can be redeemed for credits toward future purchases or for items in the Loyalty Shop.
  • What is the Loyalty Shop? It’s a curated collection of exclusive items that can only be redeemed with points. These items aren’t available for regular purchase, making them extra special for Loyalty Program participants.
  • Do Loyalty Points expire? Yes, points expire six months after they’re earned. So, if you earn points in January, they’ll expire at the end of July.
  • Can Artists participate in the Loyalty Program? Absolutely! Artists can share their referral links to earn points for new customer purchases, just like any other customer. You’ll also continue to earn commission from those referrals.
  • What happens if I return an item? If you return an order, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. If you’ve already spent those points, your balance may go negative.
  • Is there a limit to how many points I can earn? There’s no cap on points earned from personal purchases, but for referrals, you can earn points for up to 40 new customers per year.

FAQs for Artist Affiliates:

  1. Do Artist Affiliates earn commissions on orders where points are used? Yes, commissions are calculated based on the order subtotal after discounts, credits, and points have been applied, but before taxes, shipping, and fees are added. The Sales Volume (SV) is adjusted by subtracting any discounts, and commissions are paid only on the subtotal, excluding taxes, fees, and shipping.  For example, if a customer uses 100 points to get a $10 discount on a $38 “Illuminator Collection,” the SV would be $28. With a 25% commission rate, you’d earn $7 on this order. However, if an order is made entirely using points for loyalty shop items, no commission will be earned.
  1. Do Artist Affiliates earn commissions when loyalty shop items are redeemed? Commissions are earned based on the retail subtotal of the order. If a customer only redeems a loyalty shop item and pays for shipping, no commission will be earned. But if they add other items to their order, you’ll earn a commission on those additional items.
  2. Can Artists see when their customers have points to redeem? Yes! Log in to your Artist Account, go to the Artist Backoffice, and look under the Customer Loyalty Points tab. There, you can view your customers’ available points.
  3. Is there a limit to how many points an Artist can accumulate? There’s no limit to the points you can earn from your personal purchases. However, there is a limit of 40 new customer referral bonuses per year.
  4. Do I receive commission if any customer shops through my loyalty link? Yes, if a customer uses your loyalty link to place an order, you’ll receive all the SV and commission from that order, regardless of who their account is tied to.
  5. If a customer shares their loyalty link, will the new customer account be associated with me? Yes, if a new customer uses another customer’s loyalty link to create an account, the new account will still be linked to you, the Artist associated with the referring customer.
