We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of your return.

How do I return?

Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
What items are returnable?
Within 7 days from the date of receiving your purchase
In unused, unworn, and resell-able condition
In the original packaging it was received in with all the tags intact
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
Discounted items (if applicable)
Any items that were used, worn, or in unsellable condition
Any items that are not sent back in the original packaging
Any items with the tags not attached
Any items with stains i.e. makeup, deodorant, etc.
Any items with any type of smell
Any items with any animal hair or fur
Any items that that are not in the original condition upon arrival i.e. stretched out, damaged, etc.
The item I received is damaged.
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants if the item is still in stock. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you. You have 14 days after you receive your order to request for an exchange.

How do I ship back the items?

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 – 7 working days after approval. If rejected, you will be notified via email of the reason(s) why.
