Big changes have arrived at Seint, and I wanted to share a simple overview of what this means for you.
As of July 31, Seint has officially moved to a new website powered by Shopify. This update is designed to make shopping faster, easier, and more enjoyable while giving customers more flexibility and better tools.
Here are the highlights.
Shopping Is Easier Than Ever
The new website has a cleaner look and is much easier to use. Product pages have been updated with more photos, short descriptions, and helpful color guides to make choosing the right shades less confusing.
You can also check out as a guest if you prefer, while still staying connected to your preferred Seint Artist.
New Subscription Option
One of the biggest new features is subscriptions.
For eligible products, you can choose to receive automatic deliveries every 1 to 6 months and save 10% on each subscription order. The best part is that you’re always in control—you can skip, change, or cancel your subscription anytime.
If subscriptions aren’t for you, no worries. One-time purchases are still the default option.
Product Reviews and Back-in-Stock Alerts
You’ll now be able to read reviews directly on product pages before purchasing. If you’ve tried a product you love, you can also leave your own review to help others.
If something is sold out, you can sign up to receive an email as soon as it’s back in stock.
A Better Color Match Experience
The Color Match Quiz has been redesigned to make finding your perfect shades even easier.
Instead of a long list of products, you’ll now see a personalized makeup palette that you can adjust, save, and even share.
Loyalty Rewards Stay
Good news—your Loyalty Shop Credit isn’t going anywhere.
Your existing rewards transfer automatically, and redeeming your credits is even simpler during checkout.
Simpler Login
You no longer need to remember a password.
Just enter the email address linked to your account, and Seint will send you a secure login code each time you sign in.
A Few Things to Know
If you’ve saved palette links or Shared Lists in the past, those won’t transfer to the new website. You’ll need to create new ones after the transition.
Shipping rates have also been updated, and Seint is continuing to improve the new website as everything settles in over the next few weeks.
As with any major website launch, you may notice a few small bugs at first. The Seint team is already working to smooth out anything that comes up.
